Service Description

This class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of the sport in a structured, non-contact environment. Students will learn the basic boxing stance, proper footwork, and how to throw correct punches using heavy bags and shadowboxing. Every session includes conditioning drills to build strength, coordination, and confidence.
